Fascinated with tool making? This demonstration is the result of needing a negative rake scraper in a size that would allow a smooth final cut inside a miniature bowl or hollow form. From that idea, Anne began to create tool handles and collets to hold the newly ground tools. Using pen blanks, small aluminum rods, small set screws along with tap and dies,
